MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court docket (SC) has issued a writ of amparo and a short lived safety order in favor of two pastors and a lay chief of the United Church of Christ within the Philippines (UCCP) and their households.
In a decision made public Friday, the SC “grant the non permanent safety order prohibiting respondents from going inside a radius of 1 kilometer of petitioners and their rapid households.”
